Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Crafty Shambles. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days unless otherwise stated.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. 

In the event that the shipping carrier has delays, a missing mail search will be opened on the item at the customer's request. We will not be able to take action (offer a refund / replacement) until the mail carrier has updated the status of the package to lost in transit. 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

To receive free shipping to USA Mainland, your order must be $35 or more.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are out of our control.

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses

NWA Craft Room LLC ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive an Order Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

NWA Craft Room is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

NWA Craft Room LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier (USPS etc) to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

NWA Craft Room offers international shipping of most items to select countries around the world. Free shipping is not available outside the USA. 

Shipping options are provided by United States Postal Service (USPS). 

As previously outlined, NWA Craft Room does not assume responsibility for any additional customs tariffs, taxes, fees etc on the shipment. This responsibility will be of the customer.
