Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days unless otherwise stated in the item description.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
When you spend $35 or more, free shipping options are available for most items to customers living on mainland USA. If you qualify for free shipping, your order will be sent USPS First Class Mail.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are out of our control.
Shipment to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses
We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive an Order Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier (USPS) to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We offer international shipping of most items to most countries around the world. Free shipping is not available to countries outside the USA.
Shipping options are provided by United States Postal Service (USPS).
As previously outlined, We do not assume responsibility for any additional customs tariffs, taxes, fees etc on the shipment. This responsibility will be of the customer.
