Return & Refund Policy
Returns are accepted on items that are damaged or defective. To arrange a return, please e-mail help@thecraftyshambles.com. Upon receipt and inspection of product, we will offer options for refunding or replacement as appropriate. It is the customer's responsibility to notify us via e-mail within 7 days of the item being delivered. All items are sent with tracking and the delivered date is set based on the date/time provided to us from the carrier.
Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or they may not be eligible for refund and may be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
